I'm looking to purchase either a HDB or Condo for own occupation. For HDB 4-5 rm in Woodlands (near MRT/well reno, budget 300k - 400k. As for condo, budget <600k, must be near MRT. Have been looking at Nuovo, Castle Green, Seasons Park, Yew Tee Residences, Warren - Which are a better buy and is it possible at my budget?

Hi JC,
Your budget for HDB at Woodlands is more achieveable. Condo below 600K will only be enough to buy a 2+1 unit at some of those project.
