I m looking at property agent as a profession. I a PR n post graduate with over 7 yrs of exp in financial industry. I m looking at entering real estate industry as I m looking for flexibility due to family commitments. I understand I need to attend RES course n take the exam. Once cleared I have select an agency to join. However, I need to know how I can select the right agency wrt the costs involved, working styles, commissions etc. Insight into these would be great.
