I'm interested in getting a new EC but not sure if I'm eligible for it. I'm a divorcee above 35 years old, S'pore citizen. My mum is a Spore PR. I'm currently living in a resale flat bought without any grant. Would I be able to qualify for the family nucleus scheme?
