I'm divorced. Own a HDB flat now. Am getting engage soon. My question, can my boyfriend n me apply for a new HDB flat? I cannot apply a new HDB flat but my boyfriend has sold his first time applied HDB flat. He still has a second chance to apply for a HDB flat but if both our names will be used in applying for the second HDB flat, will it be possible? Thank You.

Is you current unit your first subsidized unit? If it's, both of you are eligible for the second timer. Else it's quite tough.
