I like to find out more in situation below:
- Owners of Flat bought the Flat before 5March2010, paying in FULL.
- Owners stay at Flat for around 2yrs. (MOP for selling is 1year, and MOP for rental is 3yrs)
- Owners wishes to purchase and stay in an Private Property
- Owners do not wish to rent out the Flat.
Is that possible? Can any one provide me with the answer? I can't find it in HDB website. Thanks!
