i just sold my resale flat.i got back 150 cash from the cash proceed after returning back all my cpf that i loan together with the acrued interest.now i have more than 250 thousand in my cpf.can i buy a bto 3 room and pay in full using my cpf without using half of the cash proceed from the selling of my previous resale flat?
