I have the same query as Mres. Geeta mentioned below. Why should I pay pro-rated agent commision when I am already paying for 2 months notice.
Also, it is nowhere written in the contract and never communicated before.

Do read up the diplomatic clause carefully, usual case is the tenant will be required to reimburse the landlord had paid to the agent for the period of unfulfilled lease since landlord has paid the agent for 24 months lease period. Read More

    There is nothing as such written in the diplomatic clause. Only thing written is I can give 2 months notice after 1 year of stay.
