I have stayed in my HDB flat for more than 5 years, and I intend to buy a private property for investment. May I know if the rebate (e.g. utilities rebate, property tax) given by government to HDB owners will be removed if I own a second property? If yes, are you able to list down rebate/benefits to be withdrawn if I own a private property other than my current HDB flat. Thank you.
