I have sold my EC 15 moths ago and need to wait for 30 months before I can buy a new HDB flat. Do I need to pay levy for the new flat after 30 mths? I got married and wife is expecting. Can I opt to get my parents to buy a new flat now while I pay for the flat thru my CPF and service the loan so that I do not have to wait so long as my wife prefer a new flat. Appreciate your reply.
