Hi AG,

A probable price range you could be working on is about $950psf for a slightly more premium unit. Since project is going to TOP soon, would you want to hold it until then before selling? Most buyers will want to wait until unit is physically ready unless they are able to get it at a really attractive price.

With the limited info discussed here, you may want to market the unit around 1,000-1,100 psf for a start, and see how the viewing process goes. It also depends on your timeline, and your property objectives. I'm quite active in the east and do have east side buyers on hand which were looking at Palette @ Pasir Ris Grove, may I understand your housing requirements and value-add further?
