I have registered to take the CES exam this year before the new laws take effect. I cannot seem to get a straight answer as to whether I can be hired under an employment pass once I've passed to exam as there seems to be a requirement in the new law that you need to be Singaporean or PR. I am a foreigner. I have not worked in real estate yet but have a company who would be willing to employ me. Can you kindly advise me as I am totally confused?
