You need to sell away the condo and wait out 30 months first then you will be eligible to apply for the new BTO from hdb. It is unlikely the best course of action as you also have to sell away the current hdb as well. Perhaps there are better ways to approach your portfolio arrangement?

Unfortunately, this cannot be done as after you sell your condo, you will need to wait out a 30 months period before you are eligible to purchase a BTO.
If your plan is to get a BTO, I would advise you to sell your condo, wait out the waiting period then apply for a BTO. You can still continue to stay in the HDB while waiting for the BTO to be ready.
