I have just passed my RES exam and is now looking for a mentor. I can be an agent full time. What I need now is a mentor who is sincere and passionate about helping newbies and who is willing to spend time meeting and coaching them. I am not too concern about which agency and their track record. I am more concern about the mentor as a coach and as a person. Let me know if there is any mentor here who is keen to meet-up and offer advices.
