I have interacted with a few property agents and realised they work mainly for the seller.

I would like to find out if there are any experienced knowledgeable agents who provide "Pay-By-Advice" To Guide Me Through The Following Steps:

a. Determine condo projects based on my criteria, advise on pros and cons

b. Determine if my financing plan is realistic

In short, this person may or may not close a deal with me, but get a fee for the advice instead.
