I have bought and sold 2 hdb flats previously. Both using hdb loans. The last flat was a 5 room sold in 2010. I'm currently not owning any property. Cpf Balance is $110k. Cash on hand $0. Is it possible to buy any property without any upfront cash? Thank you. David Sim
