I have bought a Malaysia Condo in 2005, HDB in 2007, Singapore Condo at 2009.Currently serving M'sia Loan and Sg loan for Condo.HDB fully paid. If i want to sell my SG condo and purchase another pte ppty should i be subject to 30% downpayment? How should the Govt know whether i have an oversea ppty? Do i need to sell my M'sia ppty?
