I have a not too bad paying full time job but I would like to explore other career alternatives. I am looking at becoming a part-time property agent. My primary aim is not just about money. I do not know by becoming an agent would there be a target to achieve every month or within a year as my commitment level would be low and I am only keen to serve very targeted profile group of customers rather than the mass market. Anyone would like to drop me a note or 2? Do note, money is not a motivating factor here for me.
