Hi,

There is no fixed rule on this. Whatever clauses and liabilities can all be listed out in the Tenancy Agreement.

In most cases, it will be the Tenant that will bear the cost of Stamp Duty.

2. Stamp duty normally paid by tenant. However there is several cases when landlord pay the stamp duty if the rental offer is good
