Without understand the full details and conditions of your apartment available, I'd reckon that a $6000 rental range would be appropriate, as data that is available does not indicate if they are rented out on a fully, partial or unfurnished conditions, as well as whether are they a brand new lease signed or a renewal of lease.
In my experience dealing with tenancy over the past few years, the price transacted for tenancy renewal is usually higher than a brand new lease signed.
It will be great to be able to find out more details of your unit on top of understanding how the conditions of the apartment is before we position the unit in the market for rent.
