I feel I cannot count on my agent as he does not provide me with professional and reliable service. She doesn't respond to my mail or follow up on my tenant's matters for me. No matter how many times I email her, I do not get a response nor does she get my requests/ questions answered. Can I sack her? And how? I can't file a complaint to the agency she works with because she's the boss!! And frankly, even if she were to receive disciplinary measures from the rightful authorities, I have had enough of it and want out!

Based on the information you provided, the tenancy agreement has been signed. As such, there is no obligation from you to continue the relationship if you are dissatisfied.
