i currently own a HDB (purchased under Singles scheme); not yet reach 5 years MOP. My wife-to-be owns a condo (purchased under her name).
We intend to stay in the condo after marriage. However, should my HDB get SERS, i would like to find out if
a) Assuming there is SERS, will i continue to be able to keep the new HDB unit as a single or it has to be as a husband-and-wife application? If so, will the wife still be able to keep the condo?
b) We are open to staying in the new SERS unit as husband and wife. However, will she have to be forced to sell her condo?
