I currently own a HDB flat.
1. If i want to get a 2nd property, is it true that both my husband and i have to set aside $53k as a minimum sum in CPF a/c? if yes, is it a combination of ordinary and special a/c, or must strictly come from ordinary?
2. if i sell my hdb flat, do i still have to adhere to the minimum sum requirement? or can i utilize both of our cpf ordinary a/c balances to pay for the condo?
