I co-own a HDB with my bro and my mom after my sis got married and withdrawn her name out for another HDB flat. Since both myself n bro is abv 35 yrs, we tot of buying a house separately so my mom can rotate to stay with us. However, i think my bro may not be able to get another HDB loan anymore and even his CPF also not sufficient to return to me if i withdraw my name. Pls advise what is the best option for us? thk u very much.
