I came across this clause. Want to be clear about this My Question is: Can a Singapore PR who owns a private property in his home country which was purchased in 2005 (6 years back) in his home country buy a resale HDB in 2012 ? As per the clause below the answer is Yes and he/she is eligible to buy as the property was purchased much before 30 months and not sold or transacted within 30 months , however we hear mixed views its best to clarify with HDB.
