I AM THINKING OF GETTING A PLACE AT DOUBLE BAY RESIDENCES . WHAT IS HOLDING ME BACK IS TWO FACTORS AT THE MOMENT .

Hi jonathan,

You are correct about the index for simei area has hit it highest point in years. But during TOP prices are expected to rise slightly more unless there is any new measures government may take and economic reccession. If you are looking for an investment you can buy district 10 launches as the price index is about only half of its peak index. Highest point was close to 2800psf now currently is about 1400-2200psf I believe if the economic is good it will pick up again.
