I am qualified to become an agent but I am uncertain of which company to work with. At this point I want to focus on rental and work with a mentor who will guide me on the target I want to focus on, rather than on where the money is. Keeping that in mind, I do not know if I should join the company I am planning to join only because they will refund the RES course fee alone. I am concerned that the mentor with whom I am supposed to work in this company is more sales driven than in rentals. Should that be a factor for me to not join the company or should I just look for another mentor within the same company? Can I ask for a change in mentor?
