Many of us from different agencies doing commercial and industrial meet up regularly for coffee and makan to exchange leads. However, from the tone of your posting, I doubt you will be invited back.

Save your $$$ and I give you industrial 101 for free. We buy coffee for security guards and cleaners. They do not need to be GREAT, they just need to be thirsty and have some space in their wallet to carry our namecards.

Are you thirsty? Are you hungry enough? If you are, there are many helpful agents around.

I am certain no Alvin sms me over the last 7 days. Perhaps Alvin is not your real name. Did you sms using another name? Daniel? Mike?

Last weekend, I was in Indonesia. I received more than 80 sms and probably 10+ sms from Ask Guru which I only selectively replied to afew. Except for a single Mother who wants to be an agent (I asked her to sms me her email), I am certain in all other replies I wrote call me. Thank you for paying attention.

I constantly received sms from agents asking for location & details of hotels I'm marketing. I delete them without second thought. If they cannot be bothered to pick up the phone and call...it's not important enough to them.

I've return call to every missed call over the weekend. I am sure your HP no. is not among them.
