I am looking to rent a studio/1 bedroom at Simei Area, preferably a unit in the East Point Green Condo. No need to be fully furnish as I have my own furnitures. I will just need the aircon and of cos the kitchen facilities. I would like to know what I would be expected to pay for rental base on the current market? Kindly advise me. Cheers!
