I am looking for a small flat 2room or 3 room with low COV. I have about 15k in savings and that's all I can afford for COV right now. I don't mind buying a renovated flat with 15k COV but what I saw from here, even those which have not been renovated or bare minimum is asking for 25-40k COV. If it's bare minimum without little renovation, I think 10k COV is just right coz I need to do the whole renovation again. Till now, I still can't find that home I am looking for..
