I am looking for a school to get a real estate cert, but i have no idea which school to choose from, currently i know there are Cet acadamy, Institute of Surveyors & values and Institue of Estate agents but their cost differs by a huge amount. is there any recommandations for me? Also, if i attend a inhouse course, does that means i have to work for that specific company once i have gotten the cert?
