I am looking for a good agency with strong teamwork and good mentor who is patience and willing to train me to be a successful agent.I had a very bad experience before with a manager who is too busy to concern with my progress cause I can understand he wants to earn his own commission so I am left to my own. I read quite a few tread here and most people are just telling people to attend in house course which I had done but I dont feel enough.
