Hello Andy,

both projects are quite similar even though The Verve is slightly higher in levels. In my opinion, if you were to buy a 1 bedder at The Verve, then you have to go for stacks 1 & 2(603, 646 sqft ) as they have the better facing than the smaller studios at stacks 5, 6 (441 sqft). But buying stacks 1,2 will result in higher quantum due to the larger sizes.

Casa Fortuna on the other hand, has a slightly smaller unit (506 sqft ) but generally much better facing. So this relates to better value as your quantum is smaller but you still get better facing! Casa Fortuna is also about to TOP which means you can move in soon or source for tenants if you are buying for investment. Of course my views may be biased as I am marketing a 1 bedroom unit at Casa Fortuna :)
