I am looking at a newly launched project in D14 and the listed price is $500k. I wish to seek your help to the payable items listed below and advice on the questions stated at after (1), (2), (4) and (6). (1) 1% Option Fee:$5,000[Can Use CPF? Can offset the total payable amount in future?] (2) 3% Stamp Duty:$15,000[Can Use CPF?] (3) Legal Costs (Estimated):$2,000 (4) 1% Housing Agent's Commission and Fees[To cover by developer?] (5) 5% Cash Downpayment: $25,000.00 Cash (6) 15% CPF Downpayment: $75,000.00 CPF[Able to use both CPF OA & SA?] (7) CPF Prevailing Minimum Sum: $65,500.00 CPF (8) Total Balance Payment: Mortgage Loan over 15years Appreciate if you can confirm subsequent monthly deduction could be from both CPF OA and/or SA. Is there any way for the bank to assess my financial capability before my decision to go ahead with the purchase? Thank you.
