Every agency has their own success stories which we would love to elaborate about but there are also certain stories which we would rather not talk about. As Eric has mentioned, it is depending on the individual for the performance. What the agency or company can provide is only a platform for you to leverage on and it is how comfortable a committed individual is with the system available. It would likely be a case of never try never know.
For me, this is the 2nd agency I have been with in my short career of about 5 years and I must say that I am very happy where I am as I have identified the opportunities and potential my current team can bring me.
