We were fortunate to have met Ivan Ng. When the sale of my private property commenced, it was during the Covid-19 pandemic period; whereby, only 2 unique visitors were allowed to view the property on any given day. Notwithstanding this, Ivan somehow managed to arrange many viewings in the weeks ahead & from time to time, he would also update me on the viewers' feedback (if any), after their viewings. My place was eventually sold within 5 weeks only from the commencement of its marketing (which was well ahead of the 6 months deadline that I had to meet). Dear Rose,

Southbank is a resale project therefore it is actually quite difficult to come across units that are side by side for sale. Are you considering any other projects nearby or even landed house that can accommodate all family members?

For resale properties, the odds of getting 2 units side by side is very small. Moreover, you may not be able to connect the units. For your requirements, I would suggest getting dual key units or buying brand new developments so that you can get units side by side or on the same floor.

1) To buy 2 units next to each other in the resale market is very difficult.
2) You stand a higher chance to buy 2 units next to each other in a new launch project.
3) You might have to consider buying 2 units within the same block.
