I am interested to become a property agent and I have completed my RES course and exams.
I have met a few managers and I am down to make a decision.
When I first decided to be an agent, my main interests was in New launches and private condos.
After meeting a few managers, I narrowed down to 2 teams that touched my heart. There was 1 team that particularly made me feel very comfortable but a pity that the company does not do many new launches. Another team does a lot of new launch but somehow, I do not feel that great a 'chemistry' between me and the manager. Now I am very confused! Who should I choose?
Is it true that even if you join a company that has many new launches, you may not get your chance to market those properties because you are a new rookie? I was also forewarned that if you market a project, you spend your days in the showflats and do nothing else and you are stuck for like 6 months to 1 year?
so confused! :(
