I am interested in renting a shophouse unit esp. on level 1 or ground level of Blk 467 (not sure) - the block diagonally across from the Malabar Mosque on Jalan Syed Alwi Road, at the traffic light and the block is diagonally facing North Bridge Road. My questions (i)cost and relevant terms (ii)can a society (eg. meditation society) rent an Hdb shophouse unit for its activities? Thank you.
