I am interested in dleedon 2-3rm unit. But the project is moving slowly.

Is there any problem or it is just pricing itself out as freehold( 3-7yrs) nearby are about same $psf.

It seemed like levels, nexus, cascadia, Floridian are better bargains? Any wise advice?

DLeedon is 22% land size allocated to residential condo with the rest allocated to leisure facilities & park.

About your observation, perhaps not many realise the potential and when they do and want to grab whatever subsales or resale units, those who bought will appreciate their gains.
