i am interested in being a part-time real estate agent. would think taking RES course and examination as the first step. should i be joining an agency at this stage? i believe to be registered with CEA i would be required to join an agency, and joining an agency might subsidize my RES fee. also, i am interested in dealing with real estate rental as well, will i need to be CEA certified to complete a deal? please also advise any agency i should join for training as a newbie.
