I am in the process of divorce.Our 3 room flat in Clementi worth 170k is 5 years old now and we share 50/50 payment.After the divorce, I need to know how can I afford another house as divorcee like me with no children suffer the worst as we are being forgotten.I earn 35k a year, current CPF is only 30k.Please tell me what I should do so I dont become homeless someday.I cannot afford to rent a room with skyhigh prices as Im still supporting my mum.
