I am currently servicing a mortgage loan for a 4 room hdb flat, which i bought under the family scheme when i got married. I have completed my MOP and would like to invest in a condo for rental purpose and asset enahncement.
Queries I like to know would be that I plan to purchase the property using a 40% percent upfront and 60% loan, after which after loan approval , i would transfer the property to a company i registered so that 2 properties would remain under separate purview,
I would like to know the fees involved and the technical issues pertaining in such an arrangement and feasibility of such methods.Or if there are any alternative methods if so.
Reason that cos i still want to maintain the HDB flat at current, and also if possible if i can , i would upgrade the HDB to a bigger flat or enbloc from SERS, I don want to lose the chance as i know if i have a private, i may have to give up the ownership of HDB or sell the private ?

For SSD , if the transfer is done after 4 years? its should be avoided right?
