I am currently employed with a barely sufficient income of 4.6k per month. Thus, the intention to venture out into the property business, which has been my intention and interest for quite some time.

I am quite keen to enter the property business, but I do not want to join an agency leader whose intention is just to recruit agents in quantity and pray for the best things to happen for the agents.

I am looking for an agency whose biz strategy is more aligned to what I am looking for. I dun really want to be in an agency just to make up the numbers.

My team have being built small with the intention of keeping the better and motivated individuals. My manager and us work like friends thus making our new colleagues feel at ease.
