I am currently employed with a barely sufficient income of 4.6k per month. Thus, the intention to venture out into the property business, which has been my intention and interest for quite some time.

I am quite keen to enter the property business, but I do not want to join an agency leader whose intention is just to recruit agents in quantity and pray for the best things to happen for the agents.

I am looking for an agency whose biz strategy is more aligned to what I am looking for. I dun really want to be in an agency just to make up the numbers.
