I am contemplating of switching to a career as a real estate salesperson.
The main concerns here will be
1) being in the workforce for more than 14yrs as an employee, how tough that transition to an self employed mindset will be?
2) assuming the last take home pay was 4k , how many mths during the initial mths before i could earn back probably more than tt amt?
