I am considering to buying a 4th floor unit.will it affect the resale value of those as low floor.i recently saw units at 2nd floor asking cheap.in what way 4th floor is better or the same? coz 2nd to 4th floor asking cov differs.if same i rather buy the 2nd floor which is cheaper.thanks gurus in advance
