I am considering selling and buying in new home. currently i am staying in a Executive apart and wanting to purchase the ec at onecanberra. need check when do i need to pay the 5% for my new EC, can i pay only after getting my proceed after selling of my HDB EA. am also considering in getting ddbs adora @yishun or any premium flat with budget of 500+k. don't know if it will work out though. any advise is appreciated.
