I am co-owning a house (Tenancy in common scheme) with my sibling and my parents are listed as essential occupier. Currently, there are some conflict with my sibling about removing my name from the house. I want to buy a HDB unit with my wife but because it is a bank loan those will be consider a "resale of part share" so MOP will be re-extended again. There are no other candidates at this moment as my father and mother are retiree and will not be ideal to be added into the owner list.
Seeking advice for the following question
1) What is the next fastest way for me to remove my name? I cannot do that without my another co-owner to agree and buy over my share
2) In a case when the house MOP already but my sibling does not want to sell, what are the solutions I have?
3) As suggested by HDB with these 2 solutions (Transfer ownership or sell the house), anyone got any suggestions?
