I am buying a resale flat but we are not in friendly term with the seller. Long story short, HDB inspector sabotage our relationship with the seller when we call in to query on the legality of having power socket on structured walls. HDB inspector told seller that we complained and hence, a second inspection is needed. Seller took it negatively and thinks that we are trying to be difficult. So the question is, what is the definition of vacant procession, are the seller required to remove all movable item from the house? How can we protect ourselves if the seller tries to be difficult during final inspection?
