I am an Indian Citizen. My son is a Singaporean. He is interested in buying a property at around S$ 2.00 mill. Soon after that he would like to gift me 10% of the same. What is the procedure, and do either of us need to pay any tax or duty on the transaction? Looking for advice on identifying / facilitating the property purchase as well as the legal / tax angle. Thanks

Hi, you may like to consult a law firm with regards to the property being transferred to you as a gift.
