Good morning Xuan,

Current asking for 3 bedders over there is about $950k to $1m. The sellers might not be selling too low cause most of them will likely be hit by seller's stamp duty.

Btw do take note that you will be subject to 5% additional buyer's stamp duty as SPR on this property purchase.

Probably you can share more of your requirements so I can check out whether is there any sellers willing to sell around your budget.

For FLO residences, 3bedders are likely to transact closer to $1m as the sellers will be affected by Seller's Stamp Duty.

Also, do note you will be affected by 5% ABSD as well for SPR 1st purchase. Typical breakdown as follows:

Cash 5%
CPF 15%
Stamp duties and legal fees Approx 8%
Max Bank Loan 80%
