I am a SPR and my wife (SC) owns an HDB that hasn't fulfilled the MOP yet. I received a job overseas and we are relocating but wish to rent out our whole HDB. Is it possible for this to happen, being that the HDB is in my wife's name and I am the one with the job offer, not her? Or do HDB purely base it only off her study/job overseas? My name is not on the HDB as a co-owner, only as an occupant.
And are there any good examples of a letter to HDB, for approval to rent out before MOP?
